Full information for new customers is below, please read it before making your first order. Existing account holders can make an order on account for payment on invoice simply by using the ADD TO CART buttons in our new cart system and choosing ACCOUNT as the payment method. You will need your account number as well.

New trade customers can order with a credit card or Paypal using our shopping cart (in which case you need to provide the following details in the order form comments box - your ABN, your registered business address, name of person making the order).

Using our cart - click on the cart button in the top menu to look at the contents of your cart. You can alter contents by changing the number and clicking on RECALCULATE in the cart. Setting the quantity to zero removes items from the cart. Postage is included in our prices for Australian customers. Overseas customers pay extra shipping costs which our shopping cart will calculate.

Look through our genre categories for the style of music you want using the catalogue butttons in the left hand panel. Or SEARCH our catalogue for artists, CD titles, catalogue numbers, states of origin of the recordings or keywords on our review pages - just use the search button above in the top menu.

New customers

We accept orders from new trade customers without an account if you opt to pay by credit card or Paypal. To be eligible for wholesale terms you must be a registered retail business with a valid business registration (ABN or ACN if in Australia) and a valid registered business name, and we require these details with order. If using our shopping cart enter your business details in the comments window.

If you cannot or do not wish to pay via credit card or Paypal, our terms for non-account holders are:

Orders for non-account holders must be paid for with order - you can post orders to us with a cheque made payable to "INDIE-CDS.COM". After the cheque has cleared at our bank we will send the goods.

Overseas customers

We are based in Australia but do accept trade orders from overseas. However these must be paid for with order by credit card or Paypal or International Money Order. Overseas orders are GST exempt in all cases.

Apply for an account

Use our account application form to apply for an account. Our terms are - the first order has to be paid for with order. After that we usually agree to give you monthly credit terms, with payment being strictly within SEVEN days of invoice date. We will allocate an account number and after that you will be able to order goods from us on account via our internet shopping cart, and selecting the ACCOUNT payment option with the cart as your payment method. You will need your account number as well. Overseas customers are not eligible for a credit account - all overseas orders must be paid for with order.

GST

Currently Indie-CDs.com is not registered for GST We expect to register for GST during 2007 Overseas orders are GST exempt in all cases.

Pricing and availability

In our wholesale catalogue you will see the retail price we sell at, the wholesale price, and whether the item is in stock. There are two pages of information for each item - a short summary, and a review page with full detail and track list (and a sound clip for most CDs/cassettes). The bottom line of the detail page shows the maximum quantity of an item that we usually can ship from stock. If you need more than this contact us for availability info.

Items shown as out of stock but available to order can be ordered but there will be a delay while suppliers ship stock to us.

In some cases we may be able to negotiate a better price than advertised for multiple copies of certain titles. If you want ten copies or more of a title please contact us.

Postage and Packing

Our wholesale shopping cart buttons add your item to the cart with postage included if you are in Australia. For all other countries our cart will calculate your shipping cost. Note that overseas orders may be subject to local import duties.
